It simply displays Data Layers.* This simple plugin helps you to view the data layers of a website. It displays found data layers on click in a popup window or you can use the dedicated panel in the developer tools, which will automatically refresh upon data layer changes. By default, the extensions searches for the most common data layer names such as 'dataLayer', 'digitalData', 'utag.data' etc. These names can be customized together with some appearance settings. The latest version of Simple Data Layer Viewer is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 10,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2019-11-13.

HOW TO INSTALL Simple Data Layer Viewer FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Simple Data Layer Viewer CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
