New Tab Notepad

SUMMARY

A simple new tab notepad to write quick notes. There are 4 different themes, 2 light and 2 dark.
This uses chromes local storage to save the notes in either textarea form(default usage) or in the list view.
You can swap between the two in the settings modal in the bottom left. The data will persist between both when switching.

Updates to come if suggested! I can add more themes and make text sizeable.

The latest version of New Tab Notepad is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 4 active users. The initial version was launched on 2024-09-10.

HOW TO INSTALL New Tab Notepad FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download New Tab Notepad CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
