SCREENSHOT
SUMMARY
[Summary] Google Meet provides great conferencing and live streaming capabilities for large audiences. However, when applied to corporate networks, congestion issues might arise if too many employees consume a corporate live stream from within the local network. To solve this type of problem, an eCDN (Enterprise Content Delivery Network) solution is used. StriveCast is one of the leading providers in that space. This extension allows to use StriveCast eCDN solution with Google Meet Live Streaming to serve tens of thousands of employees without congesting the corporate network. [Read before installation] Please note, this extension works only tandem with an account at https://strivecast.com. After requesting an account, your account manager will contact you with the details about how to configure the extension so that it is linked to your account. The extension CANNOT be used without a StriveCast account and will simply do nothing. [Config] Please note that this extension can also only be configured using a policy (group policy etc.) and not through an UI. This is on purpose, because this extension is expected to be used in corporate setups to automatically support Google Meet Live Streaming without users interaction.
