1. Select Shift+Alt+T to move focus to the Chrome address bar
2. Select the Left arrow key to move focus to the Accessibility Insights for Web extension.
3. Select the Space key to open the extension.

HOW TO INSTALL Accessibility Insights for Web FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Accessibility Insights for Web CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
