Nobody reads articles anymore but HoverRead is here to help. Simply hover over a link to an article and HoverRead will display a quick summary, just like what hover zoom does for images.

HoverRead is still under development. The extension contains a white-list of websites it should attempt to load articles from. If you want any added, please let me know.

The latest version of Hover Read is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 206 active users. The initial version was launched on 2014-04-26.

HOW TO INSTALL Hover Read FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Hover Read CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
