This app offers a single button when selecting text that opens goodreads.com in another background tab. Just right click after highlighting text.

The Goodreads Context Search extension was removed from the Chrome Web Store on 2024-06-29. At the time of removal, it had 200 users. The initial version was launched on 2016-05-22.

HOW TO INSTALL Goodreads Context Search FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Goodreads Context Search CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
