When surfing Wikipedia, sometimes I want to see how articles looked like on a specific date in the past. With Wayback Wiki you can choose a specific date, and every Wikipedia article you visit will automatically redirect you to the version of the article that existed on that date.

The latest version of Wayback Wiki is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 21 active users. The initial version was launched on 2024-06-14.

HOW TO INSTALL Wayback Wiki FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Wayback Wiki CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
