Hourly Pips

SUMMARY

This is a lightweight extension that plays an audio alert, in the style of the Greenwich Time Signal, at the top of every hour. The current version allows for adjustment of the audio tone frequency and volume. Settings are now saved in Chrome sync storage.

The latest version of Hourly Pips is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 100 active users. The initial version was launched on 2017-04-12.

HOW TO INSTALL Hourly Pips FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Hourly Pips CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
