This extension works without the Pavlok device, but you'll only receive chrome notifications. Create a Pavlok account by downloading the app (https://pavlok.com/app) or creating it on the web ( https://app.pavlok.com/users/sign_up )

HOW TO INSTALL Pavlok Productivity FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Pavlok Productivity CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
