Be able to search lyrics, artists, albums with a simple right click. Simply highlight the text. It is the easiest way to get music information fast!


To use highlight a word or phrase you would like to search for and right click to open the context menu. Select the "Search on Genius'" option from the menu. A new tab will open with the search results.

The latest version of Genius Search is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 32 active users. The initial version was launched on 2023-09-16.

HOW TO INSTALL Genius Search FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Genius Search CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
