Synced Mobile View

SUMMARY

This is an extention for everybody who creates web content. We all do this on desktop, but most of our users are on mobile. To make it easier to keep an eye on the mobile result, this extention creates a new, mobile-sized windows that is continously synced to the original, desktop-size tab. When you scroll or click in one tab, the other is updated. The mobile view is displayed using a Iphone 14-user agent string. This can be changed under Settings.

The latest version of Synced Mobile View is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 17 active users. The initial version was launched on 2024-08-31.

HOW TO INSTALL Synced Mobile View FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Synced Mobile View CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
