SUMMARY

This is a browser extension that aggregates links from a Zendesk ticket according to custom RegEx values. This tool's purpose is to help Zendesk users more easily handle long tickets where links and/or attachments are key information. PLEASE NOTE: this extension requires that you specify patterns in RegEx. If you are unfamiliar with RegEx, this extension is likely not for you. HOW TO INSTALL Zendesk Link Collector FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Zendesk Link Collector CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
