增加了接口请求超时处理，增加缓存判断处理 修改了节假日更新规则，允许提前尝试获取下一年的节假日（比如2020年的） 修复了月份天数错误的bug 增加了周数显示 自动更新2021年和以后的节假日，修改自https://github.com/gyxing/calendar.crx 去掉jquery依赖，修复本地有缓存后，无法获取下一年节假日信息的问题，修复下拉失效的问题
