SUMMARY

Download Accelerator & Manager is an extension that enables you to download large files with the multi-threaded method.

It divides the input file into several sections and then downloads all sections in parallel. Just enter the desired thread count in the interface and then add a new download task. You can add a new download task through the interface (top-section) or simply right-click on a desired download link and then click on the - Download with Accelerator - item in the context menu.

Note: after adding a new URL, please adjust the number of threads. Also note that currently, the maximum number of threads is 5.

The latest version of Download Accelerator & Manager is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 7,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2020-04-25.

HOW TO INSTALL Download Accelerator & Manager FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Download Accelerator & Manager CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
