Media Player for YouTube™ is an open-source project that aims to enhance the overall YouTube experience by providing the end-user with more control on what the playback process is concerned.

1. Set preferred video playback volume for all videos
2. Control auto-play behavior of the YouTube player
3. Loop a single video in the playlist
4. Loop all videos in the playlist
5. Change video player theme
6. Store videos history (see options page)
7. Integrated with your YouTube account playlist (see options page)

The latest version of Media Player for YouTube™ is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 5,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2016-12-31.

HOW TO INSTALL Media Player for YouTube™ FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Media Player for YouTube™ CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
