Matlock

SUMMARY

When you click the Matlock icon in your browser toolbar, we'll search the page you're on for different Open Source libraries (hosted on github.com) that are being used.

Our goal is to make it easier to learn how websites work, and educate yourself on the different Open Source technologies powering the websites you surf.

The latest version of Matlock is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 623 active users. The initial version was launched on 2020-01-27.

HOW TO INSTALL Matlock FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Matlock CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
