This addon allows the user to know the current type of proxy their browser is currently using :
- No Proxy Mode
- Auto-detect Proxy Mode (Auto detect proxy settings for this network)
- System Mode (Use system proxy settings)
- Manual Mode

The latest version of Proxy Switcher is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 225 active users. The initial version was launched on 2019-09-12.

HOW TO INSTALL Proxy Switcher FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Proxy Switcher CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
