This extension allows you to force a return to the previous page on sites that pop up when you press the back button. In recent years, there are many sites that detect when the back button is pressed and display a pop-up to prevent users from leaving. Since the user wants to leave the site when they press the back button, preventing them from doing so only detracts from the user experience. This extension eliminates the hassle of not being able to return to the previous page after pressing the back button.

The latest version of Block Browser Back Blocker is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 77 active users. The initial version was launched on 2023-04-17.

HOW TO INSTALL Block Browser Back Blocker FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Block Browser Back Blocker CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
