Claritysoft CRM for Gmail enables you to save both inbound and outbound Gmail messages to Claritysoft CRM. The Claritysoft CRM Extension is fully integrated with Gmail and provides the following capabilities • Save inbound and outbound email to Claritysoft contacts with a matching email • Save a copy of the Gmail message under all email recipients • Add a new Contact if the sender email address is not found in Claritysoft CRM • Save email attachments

HOW TO INSTALL Claritysoft Gmail Extension FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Claritysoft Gmail Extension CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
