SUMMARY

Adds a custom search engine to the Chrome omnibox. Just type "rdoc" then tab to start a custom search. Your query will show results from ruby-doc.org. This is a fork from MDN Search and available on github at https://github.com/dave-mccloskey/ruby-doc-search. Thanks to https://github.com/lorddoig for v2 updates.

The latest version of RubyDoc Search is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 106 active users. The initial version was launched on 2014-03-28.

HOW TO INSTALL RubyDoc Search FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download RubyDoc Search CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
