IW Web Session Client

SUMMARY

The extension is based on session control by unique identifiers of browser tabs. Based on the tab IDs, dynamic session rules are created that add certain headers to the protocol. The headers are matched against the allowed routes for the user on the proxy side, then the flow is routed according to the route to the desired Web service.

The latest version of IW Web Session Client is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 48 active users. The initial version was launched on 2023-08-04.

HOW TO INSTALL IW Web Session Client FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download IW Web Session Client CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
