The extension adds a label with the region(location) information of the YouTube channel near the video description.

The YouTube channel location extension was removed from the Chrome Web Store on 2024-07-18. At the time of removal, it had 2000 users. The initial version was launched on 2022-04-29.

HOW TO INSTALL YouTube channel location FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download YouTube channel location CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
