Note: - Dicom Image Viewer allows the display of a single image and lets you open single images or folder (with dicom multple images for multiview) from local storage (hard disk, usb and sdcard) of your operating system and not from Google Drive or Dropbox - If you have original CD/DVD, you could just copy the files to your computer to read one or multiple or folder DICOM images. This is the only solution to read DICOM images from your CD or DVD.

The Dicom Image Viewer extension was removed from the Chrome Web Store on 2024-04-29. At the time of removal, it had 26 users. The initial version was launched on 2017-07-28.

HOW TO INSTALL Dicom Image Viewer FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Dicom Image Viewer CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
