SUMMARY

The SMAI Click2Engage for Chrome extension allows you to click phone numbers of potential or existing customers on a website and engage with them through text, audio and video communication using the SocialMiningAi platform.

Simply click on the SMAI Click2Engage icon next to any phone number listed on a web page to open the SocialMiningAi Engagements platform. Please note that you must be an existing customer of SocialMiningAi to be able to use this extension.

The latest version of SMAI Click2Engage is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 359 active users. The initial version was launched on 2022-05-12.

HOW TO INSTALL SMAI Click2Engage FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download SMAI Click2Engage CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
