Simple and lightweight extension that reminds you at different intervals to correct your posture in order to get into the habit of having a healthy posture while using your computer.

Features:
- Built-in On/Off switch
- Reminders at intervals of 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or random (between 30 minutes and 4 hours).
- Non-obtrusive reminders

The latest version of Posture Reminder is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 9,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2020-03-31.

HOW TO INSTALL Posture Reminder FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Posture Reminder CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
