Schoology Pro

SUMMARY

A Chrome Extension designed to enhance the Schoology educational platform. This extension is still in its developing stages and many more features are yet to come.

Privacy Policy:
- All data is stored locally on the user's computer. No data about the user is collected or sent anywhere.
- Data stored locally: school subdomain (i.e. "fuhsd", "mvla", etc), overall grade percentages for each class and theme selection/customization options, course names, checked off assignments, crossed off overdue assignments.


CURRENT FEATURES:

- Check off Assignments in the Upcoming List
- Remove assignments from the Overdue section (especially for assignments which cannot be submitted but have a due date)
- View grade (letter and percentage) in the course name in the grades page
- Change semester to show grades for that semester on the course name in the grades page
- Color coded grades ( eg. A is green and F is red ).
- Change weightage and add categories in weighted courses.
- Extension popup includes quick links to Schoology Home and Grades.
- Compact option for grades
- Can hide irrelevant courses from the grades section.
- Assignment automatically gets checked after submission
- Can hide events in the upcoming lists to remove clutter
- Motivational Messages

- Save Zoom meeting links into the extension popup to have easy access to them

The latest version of Schoology Pro is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 431 active users. The initial version was launched on 2021-04-14.

HOW TO INSTALL Schoology Pro FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Schoology Pro CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
