InTalk.io WebRTC Phone. InTalk Contact Center extension allows agents to connect to InTalk Contact Center. InTalk Contact Center Extension uses WebRTC to send and receive phone calls from their chrome browser only. * Agents can send and receive calls from chrome browser using headset. * They can manage all call related functionalities from same extension.

The InTalk.io WebRTC Agent Phone extension was removed from the Chrome Web Store on 2024-09-02. At the time of removal, it had 216 users. The initial version was launched on 2022-08-26.

HOW TO INSTALL InTalk.io WebRTC Agent Phone FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download InTalk.io WebRTC Agent Phone CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
