Salesforce Metadata Finder

SUMMARY

This extension can be used to open the metadata used in the salesforce org without going to the Salesforce setup. Supported Metadata > Apex Class > Apex Trigger > Visualforce Page > Custom Label > Profile > Permission Set > Flow In the new update user can select whether the metadata opens in classic or lightning view. User can also set the default metadata type. These can be configured using settings icon on the home page.

The latest version of Salesforce Metadata Finder is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 618 active users. The initial version was launched on 2022-04-21.

HOW TO INSTALL Salesforce Metadata Finder FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Salesforce Metadata Finder CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
