SUMMARY

This extension is a simplified web version of TextAnalysisTool.NET (https://textanalysistool.github.io/), so it can be used on most modern platforms including mac and linux distributions. Just drag and drop a text or log file to the droppable area, and then feel free to add and remove your filters to help you analyze the file. You can also check "Show Only filtered lines" to show fewer lines. The latest version of Monocle is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 79 active users. The initial version was launched on 2018-02-23.

HOW TO INSTALL Monocle FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Monocle CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
