Once installed it adds a new tab to Chrome DevTools called OpenAPI. While the tool is open it automatically converts network requests into a specification. The algorithm works locally on your device. This extension doesn't make requests of any form. It only has access to network requests when developer tools is open and you have begun recording. HOW TO INSTALL OpenAPI DevTools FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download OpenAPI DevTools CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
