Password visibility toggle

SUMMARY

Allows users to toggle the visibility of any passwords they have allowed google chrome to store for them by adding an item to the context menu. Users can right click on INPUT fields that have been obfuscated and select the "show password" option from the context menu. The password can be hidden again by right clicking the password field and choosing "hide password". That's it! This is a very simple extension and the code is up on github if you want to view it.

The latest version of Password visibility toggle is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 455 active users. The initial version was launched on 2016-10-20.

HOW TO INSTALL Password visibility toggle FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Password visibility toggle CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
