Tiny Tiny RSS Checker

SUMMARY

This extension adds a toolbar button which changes color when unread articles are available in your Tiny Tiny RSS installation and displays the number of unread in a tooltip and, optionally, using a badge. This is a fork of "Tiny Tiny RSS Notifier" by Andrew Dolgov (of tt-rss.org). The original version is stuck at version 0.5.2. This version contains the later unpublished feature: "improve click action: open site_url in empty/existing/new tab" and other improvements (Options UI with sync support). The latest version of Tiny Tiny RSS Checker is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 391 active users. The initial version was launched on 2016-10-20.

HOW TO INSTALL Tiny Tiny RSS Checker FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Tiny Tiny RSS Checker CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
