A Chrome extension to display PoW information and IP quality on ChatGPT. You can determine if the GPT has been degraded.

This tool can detect potential risks associated with an IP by analyzing PoW information and determine if the GPT model has been downgraded. If the PoW difficulty value is very low, it indicates that your IP might be considered high-risk. As a reference, when this value exceeds 5 digits, it usually means your IP is considered high-quality and can access all services normally. However, if the value is less than or equal to 000032, it suggests that your IP is flagged as high-risk.

When the IP is flagged as "unclean," GPT may secretly switch to a less capable model. Signs of a downgrade include a noticeably "dumber" model, faster responses, the inability of GPT-4o to perform web browsing, or o1 providing immediate but unthoughtful answers. If you notice these behaviors, it indicates that your service has been downgraded.
