An open-source plugin to control any tab's volume separately. Do note that once you started modifying volume: - You cannot toggle fullscreen of this tab. This is due to the Chrome API limitation. - Your system may not go into sleep/suspend/monitor off because Chrome will mark the current tab is "capturing" and inhibit doing so. HOW TO INSTALL Volume Manager FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Volume Manager CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
