This extension allows users to search for available testing dates in an easy and efficient manner. It is currently targeted towards the USMLE Step 1, Step 2 CK, and COMLEX exams. Users can select any location and dates to search for the testing sites currently available on those dates. The extension runs locally on your browser, opening a new tab to search for availability and will close upon completing the search. A badge notification will appear next to the extension icon notifying when the search is complete, as well as a chrome notification. The latest version of USMLE Spot Checker is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 1,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2020-05-16.

HOW TO INSTALL USMLE Spot Checker FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download USMLE Spot Checker CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
