Scrapbox（https://scrapbox.io/）の編集ページにおいて，本来最下部に表示されるタグ・リンクを，新たなカラムとして編集フィールドの左側に移動させる機能を提供する拡張機能です．
インストールすることで，Scrapbox（https://scrapbox.io/*）を読み込んだ際に自動的に起動します．

2017/03/28 CSSセレクタを修正してScrapboxの変更に追従しました．

HOW TO INSTALL Scrapbox Links Relocator FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Scrapbox Links Relocator CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
