IBM Task Mining

SUMMARY

Task Mining is the discovery, monitoring and analysis of user interaction data on desktops through the collection of frontend activities. This plugin is needed in order to detect actions on chrome with IBM Task Mining Client components (Agent and Chromium plugin). This addon does not collect and send any information without a running instance of IBM Task Mining Client. The latest version of IBM Task Mining is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 511 active users. The initial version was launched on 2022-08-01.

HOW TO INSTALL IBM Task Mining FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download IBM Task Mining CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
