SUMMARY

A lightweight extension for Chrome on YouTube.com where you can hide the videos you've already watched.

Its main functions are:
* Hide or show videos with one click.
* Hide or show shorts with one click.
* Making a backup of all watched videos (can download as a .txt file).

The watchlist is kept in the Chrome cache. Therefore, you can back up your watchlist from time to time and upload your backup in case your Chrome cache is deleted.

Problems:
* If your page is slowing down due to Youtube's non-refreshing redirect, manually refresh the current page from your browser for faster page loading.

The latest version of YouTube Watched Marker is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 294 active users. The initial version was launched on 2024-02-19.

HOW TO INSTALL YouTube Watched Marker FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download YouTube Watched Marker CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
