SUMMARY

The Webex Content Sharing extension is an enhancement for the Webex Meetings and Webex Teams web apps.
These apps allow you to join meetings fast, directly from your browser. If you’re using the Webex Meetings or Webex Teams web app, and you want to share content in the meeting, you’ll need to install this extension to Chrome. You have the ability to share only what you want to—whether that’s only a specific window on your desktop, or your entire screen.

The latest version of Cisco Webex Content Sharing is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 800,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2018-06-27.

HOW TO INSTALL Cisco Webex Content Sharing FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Cisco Webex Content Sharing CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
