When a user uploads files and images from a chat on a specific site, the function inside the extension program works, stores them in the user's web storage, downloads them upon download request, and sets the capacity to prevent storage beyond the specified capacity

HOW TO INSTALL MateTalk FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download MateTalk CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
