SUMMARY

This extension is very small and very simple. I wrote it for myself one day to meet my own needs, but I'd really like some feedback. Can it be improved? What were you looking for when you came across it? Does it do what you want? If not, what is it missing? Can/should it display more of the image's meta info? Maybe auto-save the icons of all open tabs into a folder? Please let me know.

The latest version of Get Favicon is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 10,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2018-01-02.

HOW TO INSTALL Get Favicon FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Get Favicon CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
