Are you constantly tabbing over to their playlist to find out what you're listening to? Give this extension a try. When listening to the station via the web-based popup player, you'll receive small desktop notifications indicating the currently playing artist, track, and album each time the information is updated in the player. The extension's options page allows you to set how long you'd like notifications to last (the default is ten seconds). Note: upon opening the player for the first time after installing this extension, your browser may ask you to allow desktop notifications from chirpradio.org. Be sure to click 'allow'.

The latest version of Chirp Radio Desktop Notifications is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 39 active users. The initial version was launched on 2014-03-05.

HOW TO INSTALL Chirp Radio Desktop Notifications FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Chirp Radio Desktop Notifications CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
