SUMMARY

Unix time (also known as POSIX time or Epoch time) is a system for describing instants in time, defined as the number of seconds that have elapsed since 00:00:00 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), Thursday, 1 January 1970. This is a quick converter that let's you convert a specific date (and time) to the it's Epoch time representation.

The latest version of Epoch is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 31 active users. The initial version was launched on 2016-03-15.

HOW TO INSTALL Epoch FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Epoch CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
