How to use:

💡 Make sure extension active and icon light green in top right corner

📄 Open backnote window on CTRL+SHIFT+V hotkeys*

📝 Highlight a text with a mouse and release button to copy it to a backnote window**

💾 Click 'Save' when you done to download note with optional name, or 'backnote.txt' by default


* You can change a hotkeys in Extensions -> Keyboard Shortcuts menu

** Once you highlighted text and released left mouse button - text is saved. Just open a Backnote to see it

*** This extension is free and doesn't contain any ads

The latest version of Backnote is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 162 active users. The initial version was launched on 2019-01-04.

HOW TO INSTALL Backnote FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Backnote CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
