Unhappy with yourself? Once you open the new tab you'll find an envelope. Click open the letter and there will be a little reminder or affirmation to comfort you during looping or anxiety-producing thoughts as you work or study. Practice slowing down and being gentle with yourself. A little progress and a little practice goes a long way.

HOW TO INSTALL a gentle reminder FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download a gentle reminder CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
