SUMMARY

Fresh Air is a New Tab extension built for chrome that leads you through a simple breathing exercise before you browse. It’s designed to help you take a break, take a breath, and become more mindful while mindlessly browsing the web.

To use it, simply open a new tab, breath in, hold, and breath out. Click to repeat as necessary.

Click on the Options menu in the navigation bar to change options for colour, breath duration, and more.

The latest version of Fresh Air - A Simple Breathing Tool is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 1,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2018-01-18.

HOW TO INSTALL Fresh Air - A Simple Breathing Tool FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Fresh Air - A Simple Breathing Tool CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
