Tab Number

SUMMARY

A tool for those who uses ctrl/alt/cmd+number to jump between tabs. Display page number when you hold ctrl/alt/cmd key.

Version 0.2.0.1:
* Now the extension also works with pages having no favicon.
* Fixed a bug that the number is not shown on some pages, such as google group.

Version 0.1.0.2:
* Show tab numbers when alt is held in non-Mac system.
* Fixed a bug that tab numbers stay if page is closed with ctrl/cmd+w.
* Fixed a bug that tab numbers stay if control is switched to another window when ctrl/alt/cmd is held.

The latest version of Tab Number is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 1,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2013-12-03.

HOW TO INSTALL Tab Number FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Tab Number CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
