SUMMARY

This extension allows you to fast forward and rewind YouTube shorts by 2.5 and 5 seconds. It also allows you to modify playback speed in increments of .25x. The current playback speed as well as timestamp are also displayed on the bottom left of the video.

Controls:
w/a/A/s/d/D

Fast Forward:
d - 2.5s
D - 5s

Rewind:
a - 2.5s
A - 5s

Playback Speed:
w - increment by .25x
s - decrement by .25x

The latest version of Youtube Shorts Controller is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 1,000 active users. The initial version was launched on 2022-12-14.

HOW TO INSTALL Youtube Shorts Controller FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Youtube Shorts Controller CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
