Follow Along - Text Highlighter

SUMMARY

I created this tool to make reading webpages (and staying focused on the current line) on my laptop a little bit easier. Helpful for those with Dyslexia and ADHD.

Highlights text that is underneath the mouse cursor. Only works on paragraph tags in HTML, so it only highlights areas with lots of continuous text (e.g. blogs, newspaper articles, etc).

The latest version of Follow Along - Text Highlighter is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 111 active users. The initial version was launched on 2020-12-04.

HOW TO INSTALL Follow Along - Text Highlighter FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Follow Along - Text Highlighter CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
