Automatically displays live previews of comments (including rendered markdown output) as you type. Works anywhere on GitHub where you can leave a comment (including Gists).

**Note** This extension relies on making HTTP requests frequently as you type to get the parsed/rendered Markdown output from GitHub. Not recommended for users on slower connections.

The latest version of Octo Preview is available on the Chrome web and is currently being used by 113 active users. The initial version was launched on 2016-05-22.

HOW TO INSTALL Octo Preview FROM A CRX FILE

1. Download Octo Preview CRX file
2. NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to download the ZIP file instead
3. In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode
